Hog Wild Prepares Cowboy Caviar, Glazed Pork Chop

Hog Wild is locatd at 405 Bloomfield Ave. in Caldwell and is available for off-premise catering. The restaurant is involved in many community events, from the Caldwell Street Fair to a Presidential luau organized by the Grover Cleveland Birthplace.
The Caldwell Farmers' Market recently featured Chef Anthony Pucciarello of Ciello in Fairfield preparing a pasta primavera.
The market runs from noon to 6 p.m. on Fridays through October in the Smull Avenue parking lot.
