Hog Wild BBQ chef and co-owner Dave Daniolowtiz gave a cooking demonstration at the Caldwell Farmers' Market last week. 

Watch the video to see Daniolowtiz prepare a Southwestern-style cowboy caviar and a grilled pork chop with a fresh blueberry and blackberry balsamic glaze. 

Hog Wild is locatd at 405 Bloomfield Ave. in Caldwell and is available for off-premise catering. The restaurant is involved in many community events, from the Caldwell Street Fair to a Presidential luau organized by the Grover Cleveland Birthplace.

The market runs from noon to 6 p.m. on Fridays through October in the Smull Avenue parking lot.
