This segment features a visit to Tapastry, located at 12 Church St., where Chef Gonzalo prepared a very special Spanish dish for us.

Tapastry is without doubt the best tapas place this side of Madrid. Never have I eaten (it would be indignified for a bishop to say he "gorged") on paella, "drunken goat cheese," Serrano ham and the most amazing sauteed green beans and chorizo. Yum!
