JK Rowling, author of the seven-part series, is offering fans an opportunity to continue foraging into the wizarding world through Pottermore, a free website.

The website, slated to open in October, will offer fans of any age, the opportunity to delve into well-kept secrets only Rowling knows of the magical realm.

However, on July 31 (Potter's birthday), Rowling is offering a sneak-peak to a handful of fans. Check the website for more information on how to enter.

Announcing the launch in a YouTube video, Rowling said the page will offer an "online reading experience unlike any other" that will partly be built by the reader. She said fans can "share, participate and rediscover" stories, and, for the first time, purchase e-books.
