Montclair High School Arts Program 'Putting It Together' This Weekend

The School of Visual and Performing Arts at the high school will begin its annual production this week.

The Montclair High School's performing arts showcase is taking the stage this weekend. 

The School of Visual and Performing Arts at the high school will open "Putting It Together" this Sunday , which includes exciting and heartfelt performances from a range of classic and contemporary musicals.

Some of the songs you can be sure to hear will be: “There’s No business Like Show Business,” ”Aquarius,” “Give My Regards To Broadway,” "Climb Every Mountain,” a medley from “Oklahoma," and many more!

The show is directed and choreographed by Stephen Agosto, the musical performance instructor in residence at the Paper Mill Playhouse. And this year, the show will be dedicated to the memory Pat Woodward.

The show will open on Saturday at 8 p.m. in The Little Theater of The George Inness Annex, at 141 Park St. There will also be a matinee performance on Sunday at 3 p.m., and there will be an evening performance at 7 p.m.

The will also be performances next weekend on Friday, Dec. 7, and Saturday, Dec. 8, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 9, at 3 p.m. in the same location. 

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students, and can be purchased at the box office on performance days.

So come on out for a night of musical excellence and show your support for this wonderfully talented cast! You'll be glad you did!

The show actually opens this Saturday @8 p.m. There are two shows on Sunday as mentioned in the article. Don't miss it, these kids are really talented!
