Montclair's Wright Has Big Night at Championships
Wins two matches to make Saturday's quarterfinals.
Montclair's Ottis Wright advanced to the quarterfinals of the Atlantic City wrestling championships on Friday in impressive fashion.
Wright (160) moves on to the quarterfinals after pinning Robert Hennings of Jackson Memorial at 3:52 in the preliminary round, and then defeating Adam Schroeder of St. Augustine, 15-6, in the pre-quarterfinal round.
Montclair's Donte Bellamy (189) fell to John Mallon of High Point, 8-1, in the preliminary round and was knocked out of the tournament.
