'Nudestock 2012' to be Held in Basking Ridge
Event open by reservation for fundraiser for American Red Cross and special anniversary date at Sky Farm Nudist Club.
Sky Farm Nudist Club, located on 35 mostly wooded acres off the lower part of Allen Road in Basking Ridge, is throwing an open house on Saturday, June 23, as a benefit for the American Red Cross and part of the club's 80th anniversary at its location.
"Nudestock 2012" is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day, with a rain date of Sunday, June 24.
"This “Nudestock 2012” event will feature live music by the pool, volleyball, swimming and sunning," according to an announcement by the club. A barbecue lunch is included in the price of admission, $25 in advance, or $30 by the door, along with door prizes to be given away.

Sky Farm’s Open House benefit is being held in conjunction with its 80th anniversary in a spot off Allen Road located between the Sons of Liberty municipal park and the intersection with Martinsville Road.
"Sky Farm has been operating from the same location in Basking Ridge since 1932, and holds the distinction of being the oldest landed nudist club in North America," according to the club's announcement of the event.
The announcement said Sky Farm members enjoy 24/7 access to the club, which features a heated pool, open from May to the end of September, hot tub, open April through October, sauna, clubhouse with community kitchen, children’s playground, petanque, basketball, volleyball, miniten, social activities, and plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors.
Sky Farm is a member of the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR). AANR is the oldest and largest organization promoting nude recreation in North America, with nearly 50,000 individual members and 267 affiliated clubs.
