The great rentals are the result of high taxes and low real estate prices. Not such great news for the homeowners.

Ther shouldn't be much boasting over the fact that people can't sell their homes so they are renting them out instead.

Exactly Marlis & montclairgirl. I'm not sure what's to rave about. We now have FOUR single family homes on our block being rented. Two of which have had multiple residents in the past five years alone.
