The format will be a bit in that specific questions have been prepared for each candidate. Those questions are related to tax reduction, shared services, debt, and privatization.
Also, there is a Fourth Ward Candidates Forum scheduled on Wednesday, April 25 at 7 p.m. at the Montclair Fire Department Headquarters Training Room (second floor) at One Pine Street. All mayoral and at-large town council candidates are invited. The forum is being sponsored by the Madison Avenue Civic Group in order to give candidates an opportunity to address questions of concern to the Fourth Ward. Audience members will be invited to submit questions for the panel.
Finally, the Montclair High School Civics and Government Institute also will host a community-wide mayoral debate on Thursday, April 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
