Maximizing your workout

Tip: To maximize your workout, always work a large body part with a small one.  For example, chest and biceps.  Work the chest first because it requires more energy.  The biceps are smaller muscles which require less energy.   By using this method you can keep the same intensity thoughout the entire workout.  Note: This does not apply to legs.  Legs are the largest muscle group in the body and should be done alone.
