A lot of people these days go on diets where they try to cut out all carbs from their meals. While I've tried this out a few times just to lose a few pounds, I hate that it means eating one of my favorite foods with a fork instead of getting that full burger experience of picking up that juicy patty and taking a huge bite.
Here's a quick and easy way to still get that full burger eating experience and still cut out the carbs of the bun.
Take the outermost layers of a head of lettuce and wrap your burger in it! Simple. Easy. Delicious. Plus, you add in an extra vegetable. You can put your patty inside the lettuce and add your condiments before closing it and picking it up cleanly with your hands.
