Having trouble staying warm this winter? Fighting off the flu? Soups are great comfort foods for the coldest season, and so easy to make, even for those of us who are short on time or don't like to cook. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach at Creative Wellness, it's my goal to make getting healthy easier for everybody. Here's one of my favorite soup recipes to help your body create warmth without adding pounds and ward off illness with medicinal spices.
