We want to hear from dads. Send in your parenting comments, anecdotes, ideas and insights, and we’ll put them out there. Why let moms have all the fun? Larry Dell is the father of two daughters, Amanda and Leah. He's also a sculptor, public relations consultant, and editor of dadexchange.com, a website for dads launching in late February.
The top parenting sites are all mom-centric. Some like, Cafe Mom, MomLogic, Justmommies, and Mothering clearly state their target audience right up front; others, like Babble, a parenting site without an obvious gender identity, are simply dominated by moms who provide most of the content and comments. It’s as if all the dads have gone missing. What’s going on here? Have dads just relinquished their parental responsibilities or do they just not like talking about it.
