Join Us for our monthly "Sip-N-Stretch" sessions. Every 3rd Friday of the month.
Relax and unwind in our gentle 30 minute stretch class and release tension thats been held in the body. Afterwards, Sip some wine, eat some cheese, and network with an amazing group of people.
$10/admission A portion of the proceeds will benefit a local family in need caring for an autistic child.
