Bill Hurlock wants it clarified that this coming ward meeting will cover 1st ward topics other than the master plan.
Bill has been working hard to maintain 3 story zoning in Upper Montclair. In light of the latest version of up to 5 stories, we are asking our council representatives to not vote for a plan until it meets our requirements.
