According to Real Trends, the leading sales professionals in the Top Thousand averaged more than 140 closed transactions and over $50 million in closed sales volume. As a comparison, the national averages are less than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume.

Northfield has earned many accolades during his 20 years in real estate, such as ranking No. 1 in his Maplewood sales office every year since 2001.
