Montclair Garbage Trucks are dangerous!

Why do Montclair's garbage trucks think it is ok to drive down the middle of the busiest roads blocking traffic during rush hour?!?!  They are rude, obnoxious, and dangerous with their actions.  I have seen them repeatedly cut off cars, stop school buses, and creat havoc by waving cars past them into traffic - but only after the line waiting gets to long to ignore!  For decades this was never a problem in town.  But now in a time when these services are being outsourced the DPW is allowing this to happen?!  I think we need to reconsider what exactly our taxes are being spent on!
