Montclair Resident Joins FAMILYConnections Board

FAMILYConnections announces that Montclair resident Jethro M. Antoine, Esq. has been elected to its Board of Trustees.

Mr. Antoine is the Project Director for Newark Community Solutions (NCS), the first community court in New Jersey.  Launched in 2011, NCS is a project of the non-profit Center for Court Innovation and the City of Newark, and its mission is to respond constructively to low-level crime while building public confidence in the criminal justice system.   To date, NCS has served more than 4000 participants.

Mr. Antoine oversees all aspects of NCS including programming, operations, development and services.  During his eleven years with the Center for Court Innovation, Mr. Antoine has served as the Principal Planner for NCS and the Center for Court Innovation's Deputy Director of Technology.

Affiliated with the New York Bar Association, Mr. Antoine has volunteered with the Brooklyn Bar Association (Senior Legal Education Assistance Program), the Association of the Bar for the City of New York (Refugee Assistance Project), and serves on the Steering Committee for ReLeSe, a project of Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.
