Yoga Teacher Training Info Session 300-hr

Are you a 200-hr certified Yoga teacher? 

Are you ready become an advanced 500-hr certified Yoga teacher? 


Learn more about our program at our informational session on Sundays, September 29th at 12pm & October 13th at 9am.  Both sessions are accompanied with a free yoga class with director, Amy Para, at 10:15am.  

We have offered Yoga Teacher Training programs approved by the Yoga Alliance at the 500 and 200 hour levels since 2000. We are proud to have graduated many of the studio owners in the area and many wonderful teachers on our staff, as well as those that teach elsewhere in NJ and across the country. Our teacher training programs are fully comprehensive and many of them exceed the Yoga Alliance requirements in all categories.

Prerequisites:
-Starseed’s Advanced Teacher Training program is designed for those students who have completed an approved 200 Hour Teacher Training as designated by the Yoga Alliance.
-Eligible candidates must demonstrate the ability to teach core poses, basic sequencing.
-It is preferred that each candidate is teaching one class a week and each situation will be valued on individual merit.
-Personal interview required.

The program will run for 5 months , two weekends a month to include Friday night(6-9pm), Saturday, and Sunday(9am-12pm and 2-6pm)with weekly homework assignments and yes a final project to help you dig deep to specialize in your own personal area of affinity and knowledge.

The weekend dates are as follows:
Weekend 1: October 18th, 19th, and 20th;
Weekend 2: November 8th, 9th, and 10th;
Weekend 3: November 22nd, 23rd, and 24th;
Weekend 4: December 6th, 7th, and 8th;
Weekend 5: January 3rd, 4th, and 5th;
Weekend 6: January 24th, 25th, and 26th;
Weekend 7: February 7th, 8th, and 9th;
Weekend 8: February 21st, 22ns, and 23rd;
Weekend 9: March 7th,8th, and 9th;
Weekend 10: March 28th, 29th, and 30th
