Coming Soon: Montclair's New Full-Service Hotel

Pinnacle Companies will unveil the name and design plans for their new hotel.

After years of transition, the plot of land on the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and Valley Road has finally found a seemingly permanent use.

As a full service hotel, the new structure will include a rooftop bar, a farm-to-table restaurant, “an alternative transportation system,” a public atrium, an outdoor plaza and art pieces. Guests will also have access to a six-story solar powered automated parking garage.

The new hotel name will be revealed to the public on Monday June 9 at the town planning board meeting.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Municipal Building located at 205 Claremont Ave.

This new hotel follows in the footsteps of the Hotel Montclair, the towns first and only full service hotel. Also known as The Montclair, the hotel closed its doors in 1938 after 31 years of operation.
