Why Is It Snowing in Upper Montclair?
Valley Road dusted in wintry white on Wednesday.
No need to get out your snowblowers and shovels. Just the sidewalks on Valley Road in Upper Montclair are covered in snow Wednesday.
The Upper Montclair Business Association reports a photo shoot is taking place all day in town.
UMBA posted on its Facebook page:
"Uptown is open for business...there is a photo shoot taking place all day today on Valley Road! Park in the Municipal lots & come visit our businesses!"
