NJ Native Dancing to Benefit Theater Group

Brooke Troisi will dance to raise funds for Curtain Call, a non-profit community theater organization.

New Jersey native Brooke Troisi will compete in Curtain Call’s Dancing with the Stars on behalf of her company NBCUniversal’s Stamford Media Center and Productions, on Saturday, May 17.  

Once an aspiring actress, Troisi grew up in Northern New Jersey, attended Montclair Kimberley Academy, then pursued her passion for the arts as a theater major at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Brooke’s love for entertainment eventually landed her behind the scenes in television at NBCUniversal, where she has worked for the past 16 years.

Today, she is a line producer on “Maury,” starring Maury Povich, one of NBCU’s longest running and most popular daytime talk shows. Troisi will join her partner, professional singer and dancer Ronny Dutra, in dancing to raise funds for Curtain Call, a non-profit community theater organization. 

Troisi resides in Bloomfield with her husband and two children.
