More Acts Coming to Wellmont This Fall

Live Nation has followed up on last week's announcement that Blink-182 will reopen the renovated Montclair concert venue on Sept. 6. 

Three new acts have been added to the fall schedule, according to www.thewellmonttheater.com.

Denver rock band The Fray will appear on Sunday, Oct. 13.

Brian Wilson of Beach Boys fame and Jeff Beck of The Yardbirds will take the stage together on Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Comic John Pinette, who appeared in the last episode of Seinfeld, is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26.

Tickets have yet to go on sale for these events. 

Live Nation took over the concert venue earlier this year when The Bowery Presents bowed out. 

The theater has been closed all summer for renovations, which include an overall spruce-up and a new state-of-the-art sound and lighting system.
