'Smitten Kitchen Cookbook' Author Signs Books at Anthropologie

Many lined up to get their cookbooks signed by author Deb Perelman on Tuesday evening.

 

The author of a popular new cookbook met fans and signed books yesterday in Montclair.

Deb Perelman, author of the “Smitten Kitchen Cookbook," signed books on Tuesday evening in Anthropologie, located on the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and Church Street.

Perelman is an award-winning food blogger that has converted her success from the computer screen to the bookstore. Her non-pretentious and unique recipes, mixed with her charming culinary photos, attracted many a fan on Tuesday. 

Colleen Klabin, of Montclair, came with eight books for Perelman to sign. The books will be holiday stocking stuffers, said Klabin, but she added she will keep one for herself.

"I have been reading the blog for years," said Klabin. "I'm a big fan."
