Bar Method Montclair Holds "Stretch to the Cure Day"

The Bar Method Montclair has joined the fight against cancer with "Stretch to the Cure," a September fundraising campaign by yoga, pilates and other fitness studios in support of the efforts of the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR).

On Friday, September 28, the Bar Method held "Stretch to the Cure Day" with the studio donating 20 percent of all proceeds from classes and sales to the NFCR.

Students were invited to wear blue and the studio donated $5 to the NFCR for everyone who wore the shade to class.
