Verona Fabric Shop Plans February Roll Out
Those who love to sew would like to know about this soon-to-open Bloomfield Avenue business.
Local do-it-yourselfers and Etsy-entrepreneurs rejoice!
With a cute brown awning in place and finishing touches under way, Sew Simple Fabrics, 288 Bloomfield Ave., will open in Verona early next month, according to proprietor Ivette Gardiner.
The shop will specialize in fabrics for apparel and home decor and yarns, as well as sewing supplies and notions.
"I have a business and banking background, however have always had a passion for fabric and fashion," Gardiner said. "Therefore starting my own business to me is a natural progression in my career."
Gardiner lives in West Orange with her husband and their young son.
