Also on hand will be Patch and Internet radio DJ , who will be broadcasting from Patch's booth from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. So be sure to stop by and meet the alternative and indie rock aficionado in person.

Also, check back with Patch throughout the day for photos and information from the street festival as approximately 300 vendors and 20 food purveyors will fill up the downtown area, turning the heart of Westfield into a huge outdoor market.

The sprawling fair will take place on East Broad, Elm, and Prospect Streets. More than 45,000 visitors are expected to attend. Because several streets will be closed for the day, parking is recommended in the municipal lots.

A 'Kids Zone,' featuring rides, inflatables, a rock-climbing wall and donkey rides will also be available.

Always a nice event and day In town! (My first thought when I saw the picture of the dog with the 'see you at Spring Fling 'headline was, 'I thought dogs were not supposedto be the, I guess because of the crowds etccc) Has that changed?

Do they only have one place to buy tickets for the kids rides because they want to control how many tickets they sell so the rides do not get over crowded? Was going to get more, but the line was probably 40 people deep. Just went home instead
