The students who come to your classes can receive seismic benefits from an effective adjustment. This workshop is designed for YOGA TEACHERS and will focus on the basic techniques of applying safe, practical and hands-on adjustments that will not only enhance the students experience in your class, but can be used as a platform for building trust and confidence between you and the student. Using yogic energy systems, anatomy, partner work and the exploration of several asanas, you will learn how to assist, deepen and support a student’s practice with acute intelligence and intuition, while deepening your own practice in the process.
