Montclair resident Kristi Terranova Joins Pashman Stein Family Law Practice

Hackensack, NJ (February 24, 2014) –Pashman Stein has announced that Kristi L. Terranova has joined its family law practice. She previously was an associate in the family law practice at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti, LLP, in Morristown. NJ.

At Pashman Stein, Terranova will handle a variety of family law matters including marital dissolutions, child custody and parenting time disputes, support issues, relocation, pre-nuptial and reconciliation agreements, domestic violence and probation proceedings, and appellate practice.  She previously was an associate at Budd Larner, PC, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Philip H. Mizzone, Jr. in the Chancery Division of Family Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County.

Terranova serves as an associate editor for New Jersey Family Lawyer; is a member of the Junior Advisory Board and volunteer attorney for Partners for Women and Justice, Junior League of Montclair-Newark, served on the membership committee for the New Jersey Women’s Lawyers Association and is a volunteer with the New Jersey Law Firm Peer Mentor Group.  She is also a member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, Young Lawyers Division.  Terranova earned a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.  She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and resides in Montclair, NJ.
