Homeschooling Teacher Available

Many parents have become concerned that public education is no longer working for their child, or is not the best option for their family.  But private schools are costly, so what’s a parent to do?  Homeschooling is one option that is becoming more popular for mainstream families.

Memteach Tutoring Services of Little Falls is now offering homeschooling options to parents in the West Essex and Passaic County area, so they don’t have to go it alone.  Director Mary Ellen Marmo, Memteach Tutoring’s State Certified Teacher, is offering a free evaluation for parents considering homeschooling, and 10% off the first week’s lessons, with this article.  Ms. Marmo has spent 25 years in Northern NJ as a public school educator and already has the core curriculum materials necessary to teach K-12 students.

“Let us make a difference in your child’s future,” is Mary Ellen Marmo’s slogan.  Although smaller than some other agencies, Memteach services are more personal and their prices are considerably more reasonable than others.  Lessons will be customized based on each student’s needs and abilities so that students can learn at their own pace.  In some subjects a student might find the material easy to understand, and progress at a pace that would be quicker than in the normal classroom, which would allow the student to focus longer on any subjects that might not be as easily understood.  Homeschooling allows for a far greater flexibility than the traditional classroom can provide.
