Carpet Cleaning

I need to see if the people in charge of my apartment complex can call in a carpet cleaner.  It doesn't look like the carpets in my apartment have had more than a vacuuming in a long time.  I'm sure that we would all be a little happier if the carpets got deep cleaned once in a while.
