Meet Smokey, a four-year old black and white cat currently residing at the Montclair Animal Shelter, located at 77 N. Willow St.

Smokey and a plethora of other cats and dogs are currently waiting for a loving owner to drop by and adopt them!
The Montclair Township Animal Shelter is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 2 and 6 p.m.; and Thursdays through Sundays between 2 and 4 p.m. Also available by appointment during nonpublic hours.

Animal Shelter Wish List
The Montclair Animal Shelter is consistently in need of supplies, donations and animal food. The shelter is currently looking for the following:
- Empty toilet paper and paper towel cardboard rolls
- Shoe boxes
- Empty cardboard egg cartons
- Empty milk, soda and water bottles (cleaned)
- Cardboard drink holders (such as those provided at coffee shops)
- Old metal muffin or cupcake baking tins
- Metal buckets (in good condition)
- Small mirrors
- Sealed dog/cat food, treats, toys
- Rabbit food, toys
- Bleach
- Trash bags
- Paper towels
- Non-clumping kitty litter
- Laundry detergent
- Liquid hand soap and sanitizer
- Used but cleaned linens – towels, blankets, pet beds, sheets, etc.
- Shallow cardboard trays
- Newspapers – for lining cages
