Montclair is currently seeking an administrative assistant for the township Health Department.
Applicants should be a self-motivated and professional individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with the public in a challenging work environment.
The position will be under the direction of the Director of Health and Human Services. The job necessitates doing various administrative and complex office activities, responding to telephone and written inquiries, and taking visits from the public, among other duties.
Candidates must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to deal professionally and effectively with the public is essential.
A certified registrar is preferred.
The salary range is between $45,371 and $54,463
