Montclair Weatherman: Nearly 50 F on Friday, Weekend Will Bring Snow

The Montclair Weatherman predicts the (relatively) warmer weather will continue on Friday. 

The day will be partly cloudy with a high around 49 F, according to weather.com. Winds will be light. 

The evening will be partly clear with a low around 32 F. There is a 30 percent chance of snow, but not until the a.m. hours on Saturday. 

The sun will rise at 6:51 a.m. and set at 5:32 p.m. 

The moon, a waxing crescent, will rise at 10:34 p.m. and set at 11:33 p.m. The first moon phase will be on Sunday, Feb. 17.

Weekend Weather

 The Montclair Weatherman regretfully informs you that the weekend is expected to bring more white stuff. 

Snow fall is expected to begin on Saturday morning, probably around 9 a.m. New snow accumulation is predicted to be between 1 and 3 inches. The temperature will reach about 34 F. 

Saturday night will bring a low temperature of 20 F, clouds and a slight chance of snow. 

On Sunday, the chance of showers drops to about 20 percent and the temperature will remain in the high 20s. 

Sunday evening will be mostly clear with a low around 17 F.
