Montclair Weatherman: Snow Saturday, Windy Sunday

The Montclair Weatherman predicts the weekend will bring more of the white stuff. 

Snow is expected to begin on Saturday before noon. New snow accumulation is predicted to be less than an inch. The temperature will reach about 37 F, so that snow could turn into rain during the afternoon, according to weather.com.

Saturday night will bring temperatures down to 20 F. There will be clouds and a slight chance of snow. 

The sun will rise in the east at 6:49 a.m. on Saturday and set at 5:33 p.m. 

The moon will rise at 9:58 a.m. on Saturday and set at 12:31 a.m. on Sunday. The first quarter moon phase will begin on Sunday, which means half the moon will be illuminated.

The chance of precipitation drops to about 10 percent on Sunday. You can expect it to be partly cloudy throughout the morning and windy during the afternoon, with winds hitting more than 20 miles per hour.
