Can't-Miss Holiday Concert: The Children Shine at Luna Stage
Featuring Newark-Based Boys Chorus and Vocalists from Mark Murphy's Music School in South Orange
Sunday, Dec. 22 at 4 p.m.
(Rescheduled from Saturday, Dec. 14 due to snow)

If the snow kept you in last weekend, there's still a chance to see this can't-miss Holiday Concert at Luna Stage!
Luna Stage presents the Apprentice Chorus of the Newark Boys Chorus School during a holiday concert offering traditional holiday music as well as classic standards from the chorus repertoire.

In addition to the chorus, the concert showcases three young vocalists currently studying at Mark Murphy’s Music in South Orange. Musical performances feature Ally Salort (age 10), 5th grader at Tuscan Elementary School and Star Spangled Banner performer at this year’s opening day for Maplewood/South Orange baseball; Keira January (age 10), 5th grader at Jefferson Elementary School who sings and plays piano; and Zoe Crutcher (age 13), 8th grader from South Orange and past performer at Rockwood Music Hall in New York City.

Tickets for the concert are now on sale for $5 for children (age 16 and younger) and $10 at the door. A percentage of the proceeds will benefit the Newark Boys Chorus School. Tickets can be purchased online at www.lunastage.org or by calling (973) 395-5551.
