Boost your Immunity with Yoga & Ayurveda

Join Ivy for a fun workshop which will provide you with Ancient
Ayurvedic tools for Modern day living to boost your immune system!

Ayruveda is the traditional Hindu system of medicine, which is based on the
idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and
yogic breathing. These practices will fill you up taking you from depletion to FULL-ness!

We will move through an asana/pranayama practice and then Ivy will
share some of her favorite Ayurvedic practices (including her favorite
morning practice as well as her favorite tea!). 


Not only will you leave with some great tools to enhance your immune
system and feel more energized, but Ivy will also provide you with a
nourishing gift to take home!
