Beginning in 1948, the Becker Farm Train ride, as it was known locally, was a destination stop in New Jersey. It featured a miniature, 2 inch scale, 9 7/16 gauge, railroad with a live steam locomotive, a diesel locomotive and passenger cars. The scenic ride was enjoyed by young and old. An adjacent farm stand sold fresh vegetables, chocolate milk and orange juice. In the spring, children could visit the new piglets.
