Come treat yourself to this free Yin Yoga class. It's the perfect respite for the hustle and bustle of the back to school season. Our first Sunday class will focus on Yin Yoga fro the Autumn season

Yin class offers you the space in which to ground yourself, clear your mind and reconnect to what truly matters, Yoga poses will target the connective tissues of the body. The Yin practice restores the natural joint mobility while opening up the body's meridian system. The goal being relief of stress and various physical ailments.

special guest: Aleksandra Mihajlovic, Licensed Acupuncturist owner of Sasha Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine, LLC. will be administering Acupuncture seeds on specific points on our bodies to help us go even deeper into the practice.
