Freespace Dance presents 40+ a showcase featuring choreographers and performers ages 40 and up.
Renowned New Jersey-based contemporary dance company, Freespace Dance, will be hosting a one-of-a-kind production to showcase the works of dancers and choreographers over the age of forty from New York and New Jersey. The showcase will take place on Saturday, May 3rd at 8pm and on Sunday, May 4th at 4pm at “The Space,” a new intimate performance venue at Yoga Montclair located at 107 Forest St. #3, Montclair, NJ. After receiving funds from the Hyde and Watson Foundation to purchase lighting equipment, The Space is set and ready for this first exciting new series. With this showcase, Freespace Dance honors its mission to “create an open forum designed to collaborate and create, teach and encourage, invite and dance.
