Policies

You must accept our Terms and Conditions before your first deposit is accepted.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

A passport to San Juan, PR is not needed if you are a US Citizen.

A passport is NOT required to cruise but is suggested.

If not using a passport, you must present a valid government issued ID, along with an original birth certificate (with raised seal)

If you fail to make monthly deposits, your reservations can be cancelled and all previous deposits will forfeit.

You must make monthly payments on your reservation after your initial first deposit. Any payment amount of $50 or more is acceptable.

Room upgrades are available and require a $250 deposit.

If you fail to make monthly payments your reservation is subject to cancellation and any previous deposits will be forfeited and your room will be re-sold. If you are falling behind on payments, please contact us to bring it to our attention or we can only assume you have abandon your reservations.

Rates are subject to change. You are only locked in at this rate if you make your first deposit before the price change.

Late payments are only accepted by approval of management. You must let us know in advance. Late fee is $75 per person.

A one-time name change can be made before final deadline. Name change fee of $50 after final deadline.

Account summaries are sent to everyone sharing a room. No individual summaries can be requested.
