Marc Ronches and Russ Teitsma, owners of NJ Fitness Factory, are making it that
much more convenient by relocating their 1-on-1 personal training studio
from Valley Road to 47 South Park Street, in Montclair.

"With this move, we're excited to
become part of the vibrant Montclair Center Business District and make it even
easier for clients to access our services," says
Russ. "There's
plenty of parking and lots to keep people engaged once they walk out our door -
whether they grab a healthy post-workout snack, get a haircut or window
shop." Adds Marc, "And to sweeten the deal, parking's on us
-- we will validate your parking ticket in the Crescent Deck all summer! 

Open June 1st and featuring nearly 1,000 square feet
of workout space -- with 14-foot ceilings and an open layout -- the new South
Park Street location is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment:
TRX, kettle bells, Bosu balls, and free and machine weights: everything an
individual needs to get in shape -- with guidance and accountability from
certified personal trainers. 

 And similar to NJFF's small-group training facility in
Bloomfield (and brand-new satellite location at the Preakness Hills Country
Club in Wayne), clients at South Park have all the tools and resources
they need to achieve success, including nutritional counseling.
