Pilates Mat Class
Open to all levels. Come and learn proper Pilates technique in this one hour class. Ongoing weekly event through to May 7.
By understanding the true form you can accomplish many positive changes in your body.
Find your core, strengthen your important smaller muscles, as well as the larger muscles, and you will improve your posture and functionality. It really does make you feel great. Everybody leaves class smiling!
