POUND rockout. workout.

POUND is a brand new fitness format that will shock your body all the way down to the belly of muscles you have not used in this dynamic way. It is intense, modifiable, and it will ROCK your world! We meet every Wed 7:30pm and Sun 9:00am.

Imagine an interval training class that fuses the continuous core activation motion of drumming with cardio, plyo, pilates and a kicka$$ soundtrack. THAT is POUND. Come check it out! Drop-in only $10. Class cards available $99/10 classes. We start SHARP, so arrive a few minutes early. Fellas...you might want to try this!
