Saulo Duarte e a Unidade from Sao Paulo, Brazil performing in Montclair

An exciting DIY event happening in Montlcair, NJ.  On Friday, July 25th, The Porchistas Home Studio & Performance Space will host SAULO DUARTE E A UNIDADE all the way from Sao Paulo, Brazil, with support from KIWI and THE ONE & NINES.

It will be a serious ROOTS REGGAE / R&B / TROPICALIA SOUL party that will make you remember the summer of '14 for the ages. 

SAULO DUARTE E A UNIDADE are bringing their music to the States for the first time this July.  They will be stopping in Montclair for an extremely intimate backyard performance at The Porchistas home base where they hope to greet and get down with all the music fans and folks from around the way.  The show will be rounded off with local friends KIWI and THE ONE & NINES.

This will be a FREE / ALL AGES event.  Refreshments and eats will be served for donations.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own mugs to cut down on waste, and please be respectful of our gracious hosts.  This show will be happening "shine or rain."

The party will begin promptly at 7:00PM with DJ Vince Wilt from Jersey City.  DJ Vince will be providing all vinyl selections throughout the evening and after the live performances, with some help from Jeff Marino of THE ONE & NINES.
