Senior Spot Launch

Have you ever wanted to go to congregate at a location designated for seniors? Have you ever just wanted to relax and be around people who are like you and share your common goals and interest? Have you wanted to go to a place where maybe you and other seniors could exercise, partake in activities  together, learn about what services your town offers, ask questions that you may have answers to pertaining to insurance and different entitlement  programs, or simply sit  and converse with your friends all while enjoying a cup of java ? Seek no further!

PineRidge of Montclair and the Montclair Public Library has teamed up and  decided to turn the library into a “Senior Spot” every Wednesday from 10 am to 2:00pm. Many of our neighboring towns have a senior center to go to. However, Montclair doesn’t have a senior center.

The Senior Spot manifested from the idea  that it would be great to give the  seniors of Montclair a place designated completely to seniors,  senior activities and services. We need all of your support to make the “Senior Spot” a success. All we ask is that you spread the news, via word of mouth, as much as you can to other seniors you know that reside in Montclair. Tell a senior friend in town who has a senior friend that will also relay the message to their senior friends.  The great news is that Montclair’s Township bus drops you off across the street from the library. We hope to see you all at the grand opening on January 15, 2014!
