Teal to Pink Women's Health Day

Teal to Pink is a Women's Health Day, fundraising event dedicated to Ovarian and Breast Cancer awareness through positive actions and experiences. The presenters will introduce healthy concepts and fun activities that women can do to stay healthy and vibrant. Sessions will include: power of exercise, nutrition for good health accordingly to Traditional Chinese Medicine, chair stretching, meditation, energetic points, origami making, belly dancing and a women's dance circle.
Registration: $50 fee until 09/16, $60 afterwards, it includes lunch and snack.
100% of registration fees are donated directly to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund and are tax deductible.
