"The Affordable Care Act - What Does it Mean for You?" A Town Hall with Rep. Donald Payne Jr.

On Thursday, Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. (NJ-10) will host an Affordable Care Act Town Hall with representatives from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield at the United Way of Montclair.  Well over fifty people from across the community attended to learn about the new Health Care Marketplaces and how President Obama’s new health care law will affect them and their families.

The session provided constituents with critical information about the benefits and obligations under the Affordable Care Act, the coverage options available, and how individuals can enroll in the Affordable Care Act Marketplace. It also provided an opportunity for constituents to get answers to their questions about the new health care law.
