The main event is a four-mile USATF-NJ 500 point race open to runners, joggers, and walkers of all abilities. The certified course is mostly flat with a slight downhill loop through Essex County's scenic Brookdale Park, and returns on the slight uphill to finish on the track.

Prizes will be given out at an awards ceremony to overall male and female finishers, the overall 2nd and 3rd place male and female finishers, as well as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each age group.

The one-mile fun run/walk course is a great option for younger children and families. It starts at the intersection of Champlain Terrace and North Fullerton, takes a U-turn before Watchung Avenue, and concludes at the 100-meter finish line on the track in Woodman Field. The kids’ races will be various distances around the Woodman Field track.
