Which Montclair Center Businesses Will Welcome Trick-or-Treaters?

Look for this sign in storefronts on Halloween.

Montclair Center shops and restaurants will once again host trick-or-treaters on Halloween.

The best time to go out is after school until about 5 p.m., said Lydia Fantozzi, Program Coordinator for the Montclair Center Business Improvement District.
