It was a beautiful night last night at Yogi Berra Stadium for the Jackals double header against the Rockland Boulders. The game that was supposed to be played on Tuesday night got postponed till Thursday night due to severe thunderstorms. The Jackals returned home from a three game weekend series with the Quebec Capitales. The Jackals took two of three from Quebec but got their five-game win streak snapped in the finale on Sunday. The Jackals also won their last leg of a four game set with the St. Paul Saints last Thursday night before they headed up to Quebec. The Jackals took three of four from St. Paul last week.
The concession stands were packed last night for dollar beer night. It was also my first trip to the DugOut. I got a hot dog, chicken tenders and cheese fries. The service was very good. I got my food quickly and the food tasted great. I highly recommend the chicken tenders.
It was Saint Patricks Night at the stadium last night as fans could hear bagpipes being played all night.

The Jackals split the double header with the Boulders winning the first game 2-1 but losing the second one 3-0.
Come out this weekend as the Jackals take on les Capitales de Quebec. First pitch is 7:05, 6:35 and 2:05 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. And do not forget Saturday will be the first Jackals firework night of the season. Hope to see you there at Yogi Berra Stadium.
